Default ViaResorts green.data-greeting — the first message a visitor sees.data-position — right (default) or left.If an agent is on the Live Chat page and marked Available, the chat connects live. If no one's available, the visitor is asked to leave their details and it becomes a ticket in the inbox. Chats and tickets created this way appear under the Chat source filter.
